Can-Cro has been based in Newmarket since 1996 and has completed over 6,500 installations. We work with homeowners, architects, and contractors to get the job done right.

We serve Newmarket and surrounding areas. Our boundaries extend from Highway 7 north to Bradford and from Highway 50 east to Highway 12. We’ve been known to travel to help our customers when they move out of York Region.
Our crews typically start their day between 7:00 — 8:00 a.m. and work until 5:00 — 6:00 p.m., daylight and weather permitting, Monday through Friday, throughout the year.Back to Top
8. Do they support their local community?
Can-Cro has grown with the community and has given back by sponsoring local East Gwillimbury children's hockey and soccer teams. We have also supported York Region non-profit organizations such as the Doane House Hospice eavestrough installation and the Habitat for Humanity—York Region soffits, fascia, and eavestroughs.
The Police Association, Firefighter's Association and local Food Drives have also had the support of Can-Cro. As a member of the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and participant in the Annual Home Show, we have demonstrated our commitment to the community year after year.Back to Top

We care about our staff and our customers and we wouldn't operate without it. WSIB coverage is mandatory and for your own piece of mind and protection, any company you hire to work on your home should be able to provide proof of coverage when you ask to see it.

We believe that your property deserves to be treated with respect and we aim to treat your property like our own. We carry insurance in case of any damage to your property during an installation.
All of our siding and eavestroughing crews work carefully to protect your landscaping when we are on the job. We do suggest that, before any job begins, you tie back and/or move any plants that are important to you. While we are careful, sometimes damage to plants is unavoidable.Back to Top
3. Do they visit your property for an onsite estimate? Is it free?
We believe in meeting the homeowner, architect or contractor on the site. We want to make sure that all aspects of the structure are properly assessed so that when we give you an estimate, we can stand behind it.
Our estimators will make recommendations on the best steps for you to take with your exterior renovations. They will always look for any deterioration or damage that may be threatening your home due to improperly installed or outdated siding, eavestroughing, soffits, fascia, or trim.

2. What are the payment options?
You can pay for your siding and eavestrough repairs and renovations with VISA, MasterCard, and personal cheques. For larger renovations, you can also receive financing to ease the initial investment.
